Cucumber and Tomato Salad

A refreshing summer salad with crisp cucumber, juicy tomatoes, red onion, and a simple vinaigrette.

Ingredients

cucumbers, sliced
400 g
cherry tomatoes, halved
0.5 item
red onion, thinly sliced
3 tbsp
olive oil
1 tbsp
red wine vinegar
10 g
fresh basil, torn
salt and black pepper

Method

Combine the cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion in a large bowl.

Whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Drizzle the dressing over the vegetables and toss gently.

Just before serving, add the fresh basil and toss again. Serve immediately.
