Sweet, caramelized roasted sweet potatoes served with a cooling yogurt sauce and fresh herbs.

Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F.
Toss the sweet potato wedges with olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking tray.
Roast for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway, until tender and caramelized.
